When will i get my first paycheck?

When will I get my first paycheck from Work?

  • Just wondering because i started about a month ago or so and it says that we get paid on the 5th and the 20th. i called them today because i am doing direct deposit and it says that they won't give me my first paycheck until the next payday so may 20th. will my first paycheck be in my online banking account at midnight on the 20th then or? because i have no idea how this works. thanks!

  • Answer:

    It depends, because I get paid every other Thursday and my direct deposit is in my bank on the Monday of the same week so i get paid 3 days before the actual pay date. All jobs work different in sending the deposit, but most times you end up with your DD early than the actual pay date.
