How do you win an unemployment appeal in California?

Unemployment extension denied.Help!?

• Hi all I have been working for a company for seven month and was laid off in March.I was getting unemployment check up to now.I have received a letter saying " notice of determination for emergency unemployment compensation "In the letter it says you do not have earnings in excess of 40 times you weekly benefit amount. I have 20 days to appeal.Can U imagine living without income in California. My question is:- 1.Is there a way that I can win my appeal? 2.How do I write and what should I write on the appeal form? 3.Has anyone same as my case been approved and what did they do 4. Should I give up ? Please you know what I am talking about and anything is helpful! God Bless you all

  Unless the unemployment people have a wrong income amount recorded for you, you can't win an appeal since you don't qualify. Good luck for finding a new job fast so you aren't without income.
