What kind of taxes is there for corporation company? and how to cut the taxes.?

Hello po~! I am curious what kind of taxes need to be paid for corporation company? I am planning to open internet cafe as a corporation company. and authorized capital gonna be 1M pesos. I mean in SEC form. there would be 5 stock holders. here what I am curious is what kind of taxes I need to pay and how much each taxes gonna be charged... I just want to ask approximate amount of money. and if the accountant try to cut the taxes... as like most of small bizman doing. how much the taxes gonna be charged a year? I need your help. someone you who are working as accountant. if you let me know about taxes, that would be really helpful to me, Thank you so much.
