I have an affiliate program which is hosted in US server, do I have to pay US taxes for my US affiliates?
-
I am not US citizen by the way.
-
Answer:
If you and your computer are outside the US and you are not a US person nor a US corporation, you have zero informational reporting requirements. You should still send your affiliates an email stating the total amount they were paid for the year--they still need to know it for their taxes. They simply self-report.

I'm not a tax law expert. But if you are not a US citizen, and are not living in the US, you shouldn't have to pay taxes on your income in the US.
