Wife works in nyc, i work on nj, we live in pa. what kind of tax should we file?

she just took the job in nyc. we dont know what to do yet. i am going to stay in pa while she moves to nyc for now. taxes are much lower in pa, and there is no nyc tax. what kind of tax return should we file? separately?

You have to run the numbers to see which works best for you, no way to do that in this forum without all of your financial information, and you shouldn't post it there. She is liable for both NYC, NY State, and PA taxes. OUCH
