What does this notice mean "SNI: extension not received from the client", in stunnel log?

Unemployment extension for 2010?

• OK this is confusing... I received a notice from UIA (Michigan) 1 month ago (while deliberations were still being passed back and fourth with congress not wanting to make a decision) before anything was "passed" I received a notice from UIA stating that I had an additional 6 weeks coming to me, as my benefits had run out just a week before (I am in Tier 5) anyhow... I got the six weeks... The patiently waited along with everyone else in the country to see what Congress was going to finally agree on (which I thought was for extension coverages for the entire fiscal year of 2010) when they finally made a "conclusion" as to what they were gonna do their final decision only said that they would be issuing an additional 6 weeks for the unemployed....???? Um hello??? I already received that 6 week notice/coverage 2 weeks before the "final decision" was made so how the hell does this make sense?? I got the coverage BEFORE congress banged the gavel??? My question is this... does anyone know if they are passing and additional extension for the year 2010??? The only change I see has been made is the 6 weeks... what the hell is going on? I follow the news and stay updated with the UIA website but NOTHING is clear here, what the hell were we waiting on Congress for??? Any feedback would be so helpful (only serious answers, no bullshit!)

  None of this is clear. The only thing you can do is stay in contact with UIA. By the time information gets down to them congress may still have changed things again.
