HAS ANYONE USED TAX VISION TAX SOFTWARE?

We have used this software and i do not recommend anyone using them! their remote support is a joke! if anyone answers at all you get someone who is clearly not qualified to help with the problem. we are never informed of any "glitches" that affect our customers returns until we call and hound them to death...been with them a few years now and have had issues every year. i understand having issues now and then but not ongoing without any help in resolving the issues. just wondering if anyone else has had these issues as well?
