How do I include sales taxes on my ebay sales?
-
I don't want to have to pay for all the sales taxes I didn't charge at the end of the year when im doing my taxes,so how do I put the sales tax on there? I've seen it before, the little thing next to the prices thats like (4.16% sales tax for whatever state). How do I do that?and does it automatically charge the tax for me,or do I have to add it some how before the person pays?

Answer:
Ok first I am pretty sure you only have to do sales tax for items sold within your own state. Mention that in the listing - that the buyer will pay ____% sales tax if in (enter the name of your state). Then when you send the buyer their invoice, there is a place on there to enter the sales tax. Hope this helped
