Need help finding earned Value?

  • I am attempting to find the earned value: Background info: the project plan has 15 activity but scenario 1 is current on activity 9 at 50% complete; scenario 2 is current on activity 9 with 0% complete and sceario 3 is on activity 10 at 10% complete Activity 1 thru 8 is estimated to take 27 days with activty 9 needing additional 2 days. I have calculated the following for the project cost and schedule metrics: Budgeted cost of work scheduled or Planned Value: $23,200 for all scenarios: Budgeted cost of work performed or Earned Value: Need help finding out; I google website and found that the earned value was BCWS multiply by % complete but I not sure how I could get the % complete since theres a total of 15 activitys and each sceanrio is on a different activity or % complete Actual cost of work performed or Actual Cost: S1: $22,145 or 232 hrs S2: $23,300 or 224 hrs S3:$22,500 or 304 hrs Budget at completion:$50,400 for all scenarios Cost variance: Need earned value to calculate CV=EV-AC Cost performance index Need earned value to calculate CPI=EV/AC Schedule variance Need earned value to calculate EV-PV Schedule performance index Need earned value to calculate SPI=EV/PV Please help and explain how I can solve this so I can grasp this concept for my upcomming test.
