Has anyone in Florida recieved an unemployment check yet? Has anyone in Florida recieved an unemployment check yet? 2010 Extension? Since the 2010 extension for those of you that stopped getting check on June 2nd of this year? The rep says on monday aug 9th that i could call and get all 6 retro weeks paid.. but then i called on fri. and they said i could call aug 9th and get only SOME of the weeks paid because there comps. are gonna take awhile to update everyones claims... does anyone have accurate info on this issue? will i get to claim all 6 weeks 2moro? or what excatly?

As much as I would love to answer your question, I can't. But I was wondering if you were able to claim any weeks today? I should be going onto tier IV since tier III ran out before the extension. It is August 9 and it showed that I had no credits to claim, and I still have not received a letter. I have called but can never get through. Please just let me know if you were able to claim any weeks at all. Also, did you have a problem getting anyone on the phone? I will post tomorrow if I find out anything that can help answer your question.
