Do dentists in Canada all make the same amount of money?

Canadian health care does not include dentistry, does not include any type of medicines (prescription or over the counter), does not include eye exam fees and does not include prescription glasses. In fact in Ontario you have to pay annual insurance premiums to the government on top of all the taxes just for health care. The Canadian Dental Association has a recommended price list for all dentists to follow, however it is a guideline and individual dentists can charge more or less. For example when I lived in London, Ontario my dentist charged about 70% the CDA recommended prices. However moving here to Toronto most dentists charge 90-100% of the recommended price.
