Where are video game studios located in Canada?

Ordered video game off ebay, will i be charged anything extra?

  • I live in Quebec, Canada...I ordered 2 video games off Ebay.ca from 2 canadian sellers (1 is located in Langley British columbia the other is located in Broadview Saskatchewan). I payed $3.50 for one game and $8.99 for the other....The purchases were made in USD currency because that is what i have in my Paypal account. Anyways, would i be charged anything extra for these games? like taxes when i go to pick them up at the post office? Thanks....both games are suppose to be shipped by Canada post regular parcel.

    First off, you don't pick up eBay items you bought at the post office, they're delivered to your home. Second, to answer your original question, you only have to pay tax on an eBay item if the seller is a registered business owner for your city/state and requires you to do so.

lol no. you could be charged duties/taxes if you bought OUTSIDE of canada though. but you dont have anything to worry about with those games
