If i'm on disability living allowance can I claim housing benefits?

i'm in the UK and claim dla and want to move into my own flat anytime soon but will I get housing benefits or will I have to pay for the rent. I know I will have to pay bills and such but i'll easily make plans for that.

Yes. Call the local council and ask them. You will need to find out the Local Housing Allowance rate (the local area rent they will pay for your needs)
