How do i claim back tax from my pension if i have moved to another country.?
-
I am an Englishman who has moved to the Czech Republic. My move is a permanent one and i still have to work another 4 years before i can claim a full pension in England. However i wont be working in England ever again and i heard i can claim back the tax i have payed so far which has contributed to my pension. I hope this makes sense.

Answer:
Write to the pension plan, explain your situation, and ask them to provide you with the options available to you. Possibly it may be best to wait four years and start drawing the pension. A British pension in the Czech Republic can go a long way. If you draw it all out, you have to find an alternative investment.
