TAX refund which I bought from the UK, and I am not a UK citizen?

I bought an item from the UK and I would like to decalare it so that I could back the VAT I paid for, since I am not a UK citizen. I went just on holiday. Please someone help me, appreciate

Normally, you have to get the seller to complete a "VAT reclaim form" and you use this to reclaim when you leave UK (typically at the Airport). Link below may help ...
