How hard it is to become an electrician?

How to become an electrician in the uk?

  • Ok so i did a uselss degree and hnd in university, (media technology, media arts) graduated in 2001 been working as an ESL teacher around the world since, have saved up money for graduate school. Im 29 now im considering becoming an electrician, it seems to be a low stress job with plenty of jobs available now and in the future. So really id like to go as far as possible, which i guess is owning my own business. Does anybody know the steps i should take now? how long will it take to become fully qualified? How much money can i earn? how do i become qualified? is it a good life? cheers for any answers

  • Answer:

Try looking for Electrician's courses at your local Colleges. From there, I believe there's various ways to become an Electrician (courses, apprenticeships etc).
