What is included in working hours when you work from home and get tax credit and child tax credit?

If I am self employed and have a blog that for parents and working with it hours every day to make it well, to get more visitors and to get income from ads, does it means like a normal work? Does it included in my working hours because of the child tax credit? You can get child tax credit in the UK only if you work a minimum of 16 hours a week.

If you can show that you are spending a minimum of 16 a week working in your business, whatever form that work takes (needs to relevant and real, not just made up!), then you qualify.
