Is job seeker's allowance taxable (UK)?

Starting a new job, and need to fill in a p46. there is a question that ask, have you been receiving 'TAXABLE JOB SEEKERS ALLOWANCE'. I have been receiving job seekers allowance but is this the same as taxable job seekers allowance? thanks

job seekers allowance income based (JSA IB) isnt taxable, contributions based (JSA CB) is taxable, call DWP or check at job centre and they will tell you which one you got if in doubt
