How do contributions to personal pension schemes affect income tax position?

Are social security contributions paid by a German employer subject to UK tax in hands of employee?

  • I am referring to pension, unemployment, health and care insurance. The employee is UK resident and domiciled and hence subject to UK tax on worldwide income. The employer contributions are not taxable income of the employee for German tax purposes, but I need to understand the UK tax position.

  • Answer:

Remited money - technician case - for a correct ruling phone or write to HMRC
