How much of a discount do Starbucks employees get?

Can anyone tell me how much discount and uniform allowance do house of fraser employees get?

  Hiya, when I worked there we didnt get a uniform allowance, although staff on concessions did - but they are technically employed by the concession, not by HoF. we were entitled to staff discount at 20% but to obtain this discount you had to open a credit card, something I was not prepared to do. On the other hand, we were able to earn commision on some items and we got many bonuses and incentives throughout the day they would send out a memo and you could things from vouvhers or a free meal in the canteen to watches, cuddly toys etc.
