What do you mean by "widows pension"? If you refer to breavement allowance this is a state benefit (taxable) paid for 52 weeks from the date of breavement. It is not affected by other income sources. As it is paid by DWP it is not taxed at source but does count as taxable income. If this is a spouses pension from the deceased'd pension provider they pay - and have no interest in any other income sorces. Counts as taxable and will need a tax code as it can be taxed at source. Another option is State Pension (surviving spouse) usually an non-earning wife who now qualifies for NIB derived from the spouses contributions. Taxable but not taxed at source. All of them are not affected by you having a job - but your tax code will be affected by you having a job.

Yes, you can claim widows pension as long as you do not re marry, but be aware that your pension will be added to any wage you get and it will be taxed, also if you are getting help with council tax and rent that would probably stop if you start to work.

Do you mean Berevement allowance. This is paid for 1 year and makes no difference if you work. UK
