CAN I CLAIM A TAX REBATE, AND IF SO, HOW DO I DO IT? (united kingdom)?

During the financial year 2009/2010 I made in total £4455 and was taxed £891... firstly am i able to make a tax rebate claim and if so, how do i do it? thanks in advance.

Yes, you just write to your tax office telling them all your employers during the year and any periods of claim. Enclose your P60.

You haven't earned enough to pay tax. If you are still working the tax office should automatically adjust your tax for 2010/2011. If you are no longer working then sent in the appropriate part of tour P45. If you are self employed, ring your tax office and they will send you the appropriate claim form.
