When should i expect my tax refund?

When should I expect my refund for the 2011 tax season?

• My taxes were accepted on the 18th before the 11 am cutoff. Since the 20th wmr has said it was being processed and to expect on the 31st. I called H R Block and they said the 6th. I called the IRS and the agent pulled up my return and said the 31st is the correct date. When should I expect it?
