How do I register my bank account information with the IRS to get a stimulus rebate direct deposit.?

    When you filed your tax return you should have entered your bank account information on the 1040 form itself. It's in an area right toward the bottom where you figure out if you owe or are due a refund. If you didn't do that, then you'll be made to wait for a paper check.

It's whatever information you give them when you do your 2007 tax return. Doing your tax return is the only way you will get your stimulus. If you did direct deposit you will get it that way. If it was by check you will get it that way. You can look up more information on it on the irs website.

It's too late to do this. You should have put your information on your 2007 tax forms. Since you didn't, you will get a paper check in the mail.

you will have to wait on a paper check. unless you direct deposited and paid your filing fee's yourself. that is the only place they get the DD info from! take care!
