Irs wrong direct deposit information?

If an irs tax refunded direct deposit is rejected how long before a paper check is issued?

• I set up for my refund to be direct deposited from the irs and my account was closed due to identity theft, I contacted the irs to advise them and was told, once a refund has been accepted they could not change the account information for a direct deposit and if the bank rejects the deposit a paper check will be mailed, how long after the direct deposit is rejected before the paper check is mailed?

  at least 2 weeks cause i'm still waiting for my check and my DD was returned on 1/27 due to Turbotax sending blank info on my tax return (yes they submitted my Direct deposit info BLANK because i went on and printed a hardcopy and all my info is correct and says plain as day that i requested direct deposit) ANYWAY, lol, the IRS said my check would be mailed 2/3 but that's a lie because i'm still waiting...and today is 2/11 and still nothing.
