Anyone know why the IRS "where my refund" would say I should have gotten my refund by 2/21/12 and i haven't?

i had filed my tax's and they where accepted by the IRS on 2/16/11 before 11 am and the IRS web-sight says i should get my direct deposit by 2/21/12 but its 2/23 and i still don't have it anyone have any ideas of what could be going on
Answer:

The IRS is having processing delays. You should expect to receive it by March 6th if there isn't any further delays, processing or audit delays. Go to the IRS website and click on "where's my refund" or just google "where's my refund".
