If i live in Pennsylvania and work in Delaware, do i have to pay taxes to both states?

not much more detail to add i am not sure i did my taxes right for 2010. i had lived in and worked in a 3rd state that year, and my taxes were ridiculous. but this year i have lived in pennsylvania all year and worked in delaware all year any cpa's want to help?
