Has anyone received 2011 refund after getting irs error code 1301? If so when?

i filed my return on feb 3rd 2011 it was accepted on feb 4th it was delayed saying we are processing your refund for about 2 weeks then i checked the website,automated system, and talked to live rep today and they all stated my refund will be mailed on march 11,2011 so i am wondering is this accurate i know it takes time for the mail to actually come through but if the website is saying it will be mailed on march 11,2011 does this mean it has already been processed?

Sucks because my friend also did the Home buyer Payback loan, she filed AFTER me and got her refund yesterday... I have the 1301 code and was told possibly 2 weeks..guess we'll see...

Same situation here. I should have had my refund by March 1st, it wasn't deposited. March 2nd I got the 1301 error code. I have called 3 times and got 3 different answers. The last woman I spoke to confirmed that it is the repayment of the credit that is holding things up, but she didn't know when I would receive the refund. What makes me really mad is that if we had waited until 2009 to buy a house we would have received the $8000 credit and not had to pay it back. Because we bought a year too early, we have to pay it back, which caused us to have to wait until Feb. 14th to even file and now we will wait even longer to get our refunds. So frustrating!!

Not yet... They got my filing feb 17. The w/s was saying I wld hv my refund by mar 1. Of course I did not get it. Chkd the w/s and it said being processed 1301. I cld them they said they mailed a letter mar 1 explaining the delay. Haven't recvd that either. So, I cld them, today... They said it's in the error dept and I get the letter in a week and to do whatever it says and they will process my return in another 4 weeks. This sucks!!!

Seems like we are all in the same boat. I did my taxes early so that it wouldn't take this long. IRS rep told me that the people who filed early are the ones taking the hit. I should just save my money and do paper forms next year. paid extra for what ??? nothing. Good Luck to everyone !!

mine was accepted on feb 17th, i was given a dd date of march 4th, then it changed to march 15 due to delays, when I called the irs they said thye are very back logged and to add 4 weeks on to the date that WMR says and not to call back until APRIL 15th, it is happening to almost everyone. In fact I havent heard of anyone getting their refunds yet

WELL I HAVENT GOTTEN MY REFUND EITHER. I RECIEVED THE REFERENCE CODE 1301 LAST WED. THE IRS SAYS MY REFUND IS STILL PROCESSING AND IF I DNT RECIEVE MY REFUND BY MARCH 15,2011, I WILL NEED TO CALL THEM BACK. WELL MY CUZ FILED HER RETURN AFTER FEB 14 AND SHE RECIEVED HER MONEY ON 4/4/2011 AND YES SHE DID HAVE TO REPAY 2008 FTHBC AND ALSO SHE FILED HER SCHOOL TUTION, SO I REALLY DNT KNW WHATS GOING ON. JUST KNOW WE WILL GET OUR MONEY.I HOPE THIS HELPS EASE YOUR MIND A LITTLE

My return was accepted on 2/16. I am also paying back 2008 FTHBC have the 1301 code as well, called today and they told me I should have my return within 4 weeks. We shall see!!!!!

I've called the IRS a million times and every rep gives me a different answer. Sadly I don't think any of them know what is going on and when we are receiving our refund.
