The website seems to be down. The hotline at 800-829-1954 updated for me this morning with a DD date of 1/25. But now the Santa Barbara University bank or whatever TaxBrain is using for a bank just updated their site this afternoon stating they didn't receive my refund as anticipated. But then the bank 800 number states 1/25 DD so needless to say, I'm concerned and confused. Of course, no live person at the bank till tomorrow morning.

Mine was saying the same thing, but I called 1-800-829-1954 and it is still saying the 31. I was excepted on the 13th with the test run batch and I still haven't gotta a for certain dd date.

That website is flaky at best, if you got the by Jan 31st date, then the DD date is actually the 25th. It WILL come. Just - you cant trust that website

Mine is much the same. It said 1/25 then it said nothing and now it says the site is down. I havent called the hotline yet but I will here soon. Im sure it is just the IRS site, it NEVER works as it should.
