My dd for tax refund is jan 28 2011 what time do account now put money in your account?

    Banks have varying procedures for DDs. Many release around midnight..or shortly after. Some post between midnight & 9am...and others (especially smaller banks & credit unions) take a few days to release. Many prepaid cards (including HR Block & Walmart moneycard) post between midnight & 3am. If you are scheduled for 28th & don't receive it by the 1st...then, call the IRS.

There's no set time. The IRS starts pumping out the ACH transactions around 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM Eastern time on Thursday evenings. The process can run 12 to 18 hours on a busy night. How long it will take to get to your bank depends upon the speed of their Fedline connection and how many transactions they are receiving. Posting time will then depend upon their processing procedures. That can range from a couple of hours after they receive the funds to the following Monday morning at 9:00 AM when the banking day begins.

In previous years i used Acct Now they were pretty good about notifying you when the funds were deposited. I would normally get mine after 12 am with Acct Now.

Did anyone get their money? my state refund was direct deposit jan 28th at night...which was a friday nothing is still showing and its sunday...so maybe monday it will?

Account Now does not except DD over 6000 dollars, it is indicated on their website. They send the funds back to the depositor.

Any luck yet on anybody receiving their refunds today? OMG I need that money, lol. UPDATE: Accountnow rejected my refund because it came from HR block instead of directly from the IRS and it was over $6000. They returned it to the IRS so who knows when I'm going to get my money. Accountnow is a complete ripoff!!!!!
