How to fit a Manual Turbo Boost Controller Bleed Valve Kit to a Vauxhall Cavalier Turbo?

Fitting a in car boost controller to my fiat coupe 20v Turbo?

  • I have a Fiat 20v Turbo. Rolling road 330bhp. i have received a MANUAL TURBO BOOST CONTROLLER VALVE made by Turborevs. See ebay if needed.i bought the controller to lower/increase the power as required I need to know where to fit it. After the actuator their is a single feed pipe which attaches to the inlet air manifold. The valve looks to me like it controlls the amount of circulation i give to the actuator thus increasing or strangling (lowering) boost. If this is the case then the feed will go through a 3 way nipple unit. inline to the input it goes into my car through the adjustable unit then back to the last nipple then back into the actuator. nice and easy yes it is but .................. where it originally connected to the air intake pipe i now have a hole left. Do i bung this or is all of the above wrong. If you have a diagram of how to fit one then great. i have wasted all day trying to work this all out. Matt

  • Answer:

Question? Looked on e bay no luck. Dose your controller have 1 or two lines on it? If only one, then the T goes in the line going to the waste gate. The controller hooks up to the 3rd line in the T. This type of controller vents off pressure going to the waste gate, making it open latter, increasing the boost pressure.
