Are girls supposed to get guys something for valentines day?

  • Idk if im supossed to get my bf something for valentines day. I dont wanna seem cheap or anything, but im only 15, but this is the first time ive had a relationship around valentines day/christmas. i was fine on christmas, but now i dont know what to do.

    Bake him cookies. It's cheap, small, and not sappy. And if he doesn't remember (or want) to get you anything, cookies stand on their own as a sweet gesture. I'm 23 and my boyfriend and I have never celebrated. Valentine's Day isn't always a big deal; it's not supposed to be treated like Christmas in February.

No, never, Valentine's Day is a day for girls to sit back and be spoiled like they are the most beautiful, desirable princess in the universe. They should not lift a finger that day. Their man should not only shower her with gifts every hour, but he should pave her day with gold: cook her meals, clean her house, iron her clothes, pay her bills, do her work at the office or wherever, fight for the best parking spot so she does not have to walk through parking lots, etc.
