What should i do for valentines day?

So my boyfriend and i made a deal that he would plan what we would do on our anniversary which was on february 5th and it was an all day thing; and i have to plan what we do on valentines day but we won't be together till about 8 o'clock. This is our first valentines together and i really want to make it special because it is also the first year that i will officially have a valentine! I was thinking i could make us dinner and eat by candle light but the problem is that i don't have any where to do that! (i still live and home and my parents do not like him for the stupidest reasons and so he is not aloud at the house) So i don't know what i could do to make the night special. Do you have any romantic great ideas. Oh and by the way i live in utah so it is cold out side so take that into consideration.
