Cute homemade valentines day card ideas?

I've been friends with him for about 6 months, but we've just starting going out a few weeks ago. I got him a cute bear holding a heart and a heart shaped box of choclates for him.(: The last thing I need to do is make him a card. I wanted to make a homemade one because I thought it may be cuter than just buying one. I bought some glitter pens to and construction paper to make the card, any ideas of what design i could put on the card? And lastly, I need something to sweet and cute to put in the inside of the card. Any ideas? Please and thank you!:D
