Yahoo Avatar Does Not Work!?

How do I get the Yahoo avatar to work so it shows in my Yahoo Answers? Every time I go into my profile I select avatar and preview it and still it does not show up anywhere?!?!

Answer:
When you created the avatar did you make sure that you clicked Save Changes in the avatar pane, orange bar. That makes sure things stick. Then on the My Profile, edit my info, click Use my Yahoo avatar under the new avatar, then scroll to and click Preview then ok. It should show up. Try to retrace your steps starting back on the avatar screen. http://avatars.yahoo.com After each choice click Save Changes.
