How to know my sss number i lost it?

    You have to go to the nearest SSS Office to ask for your Personal Information. You can contact them here but i doubt it that they can help you thru telephone conversation. You still have to go to the SSS Office. The Main Office building address is here: SSS Building East Avenue Diliman, Quezon City Philippines Tel. No. (632) 920-6401, 920-6446 Email: [email protected] If you're going to visit the nearest SSS, you should bring at least two valid IDs in case they ask for it. Another way is to ask your previous employers about your SSS Number. They still keep a record of it. You'll just have to talk to them and ask for their help and beg them to help you.
