How do I put a personal picture in place of my avatar?

If u have a picture of what ever u want to replace it on your computer,maybe in your picture's,you can click on your avatar and edit it choose browse and pick your picture.

On the Yahoo! Messenger screen, click the square at the top that his next to your name. It should have your avatar's face on it. Once you click that, you click my display image. That should take you to a page with your avatar on the bottom with "Share my Avatar" and a space with "Share my picture" on the top. Click select. You should get another page that pops up that says "my pictures". Click browse on the side, and find a picture that you want, then click open. After that, press okay on both screens and you'll be good to go! Note: The picture might be too large for the square, so it might not show up like you'd want.

click on your avatar and a window will open click on go to my pics. choose one from there, then go back to your avatar and to your profile and edit choose the one you want click on default avatar.
