Is Yahoo classic homepage gone forever?

Why have Yahoo changed my homepage.compact view gone.?

  • Yahoo have changed my homepage, i can no longer get compact view. I reported this on 27th oct, and recieved a confirmation email on 28th oct saying that i would be contacted within 24 hours. I am still waiting 54 hours later .!!!! i hope that this can be resolved becauseI do not want to leave Yahoo.

    I had the same issue. After complaining that it has been 3 days instead of 24 hours I received the following. I am now done with Yahoo as this is an unsatisfactory response IMO. I'm not sure what you mean by compact view but if you mean the arrow on the homepage that lets you preview what emails are in your inbox etc, mine is gone too. I emailed yahoo yesterday and a phone number if you want to try calling them is 866-562-7219. Hope that helps.
