How do I cancel my account so I can get a new one?

Paypal - how can i get on the account when i dont have the card anymore?

• I am getting VERY ticked off at paypal and would really like to have solutions to all the problems they are causing me. I want to buy something on ebay and realized I had forgotten my password to paypal, well when i tried to get a new password it would not let me get on because I do not have that credit card anymore and I apparently couldnt get my "secret" questions right because I had forgotten what I had put down. I then tried to make a new account with another one of my emails and I clicked the U.S of where im from but then i clicked start account or whatever and it said i was from romania wtf? I couldnt change it so i deleted that account then I tried to make another one and it wouldnt let me use my credit card bc "it was used on another account" which there is no way in hell it could be, because i deleted one account and another one was a card i had gotten rid of. I am not happy and would really just like to get an account set up with MY CREDIT CARD that i want to use so I can pay for my purchase already!! so any ideas how to get on the account with the credit card i canceled and cancel the account?

  have u called and talked 2 a rep? i wud think they may b able 2 help u open another account. even if they cud not clear it up, they cud at least tell u why u cant. heres the # 4 paypal --866-837-1895 4 paypal buyers credit --866-571-3012 & if u contact the seller (i use ebay lots) & explain that ur trying 2 pay & the probs ur having, im sure they wud accept a check.
