Why is it so hard to use PayPal?

Why won't it let me use Paypal on Ebay?

There is like a new form of Ebay and it says I have to enter my credit card info but my parents won't let me pay with the credit card, only Paypal. If you put in the credit card info does it still pay with Paypal since your credit card is associated with Paypal? If not, can you choose to pay with Paypal after you enter your credit card info?

You have to have a credit card on file with Ebay to have an account. Its one way they make sure you are, who you say that you are. And they have to have a way to deduct fees from your account. After you win an auction it takes you directly to Paypal. I started using Ebay about 1998 and never once has it accessed my credit card on Ebay, for payment. You also have to open an account fully with Paypal. They dont transfer your information /credit card, from Ebay. It was 2 separate companies for a long time, but Ebay now bought Paypal.
