How to load native library to play framework?

Why can't I play music out of yahoo jukebos?

• I have been a user of musicmatch jukebox for almost ten years. It was easy to use and I liked the options for organizing my music library. I recently bought a new computer that had Yahoo Jukebox installed on it (the new musicmatch.) After re-installing the program 3 times I finally got it to load, however now I can't play any music out of my library. Instead the ticker across the top flashes, "track unresponsive." How can i get the tracks to play? I can burn cd's, but I can't listen to anything. Also, is there a way to arrange my library by Artist that is similar to old versions?

  Don't know if this is the same, but sometimes ycabby gets uninstalled, and i can't use sound or use the YahVox, i have had to download ycabby twice
