How do I get Yahoo not to open when I restart my computer?

How do I get into contact with Yahoo! tech services?

I have Yahoo! MusicMatch on my computer and ever since the trial ran-out and I started paying for the service I try to load the program and it tells me that it has recently been upgraded and the computer needs to restart. I have restarted the computer several times and turned it off too. How can I get this fixed? I refuse to pay for a service that I can't use.
