How to return an item to the store?

How do I return AND get refund for item from "just pet strollers" via Yahoo!Store Order System?

• The box arrived taped over where someone else had opened it, the folded pet stroller, if that was it, was stuffed in so that I was unable to extract it from box. I am over 63 and hands are arthritic. How do I return this, to where, how do I get refund?

  Next time you order something read all the fine print. It would tell you how to return it. Also a good idea, and its what I do, print the page and file it so you have it available.
