What to do about termites in an apartment?

I am trying to find out what to do when manger of the apartment i live in don't care about the mold and termit

• i had a heartattack in 2004 i lost everything. so i am starting all over again. my problem is as of 2005 i have complaint to the apartment manager about the mold in my apartment,now i have termites,in my bedroom. three month's ago i had a snake in my kitchen, a month after that they broke into my apartment, and just three week's ago a taranshula in my restroom, and just last week my kitchen was infested with nat's. i am living like a ticking time bomb waiting to have a nervous breakdown. i am a clean person i don't have dirty dishes or dirty apartment but i just don't understand. the apartments have never had problems with me or my rent. i pay $585 a month i need help from someone.
