Sopcast help please!?

alright i downloaded sopcast yesterday to watch baseball games. i went to the website that has the baseball games and under the game i clicked play next to sopcast. after i clicked play i clicked on the sopcast and there was nothing playing..it wasn't even buffering. so if anyone could please help me it would be great.
