Has anyone had problems installing Yahoo widgets engine?

Has anyone tried the yahoo widgets? anyone eles have problems later on afterwards?

  • I tried widgets and loved the clock and werewolf moon and calander and events. days later, my computer jammed. anyone else have problems?

    I've tried a few. I love the clock, but I have had to uninstall some widgets because they seemed to be messing up my system.

I use the widgets all the time and I don't really have any problems. Currently my active ones are Turin 2006 Photos, Weather, Yahoo Mail notifier, Yahoo Search, Cat Clock and the NHL Schedule and standings. The only problem that I've really experienced is when I start up the computer, or restart it, it takes awhile for them to load up. Secondly, if you don't save the widgets when you download them, you just open them, you loose them. You have to go back online and re-download those ones...pain in the ****. But I love the service and I'm happy with it. I don't really have much to say about problems because it usually works very well. Hope this helps out.
