EBay help need to use ebay been banned?

Hi, My eBay account has been blocked (banned), I really need to use eBay! I have switched internet providers. I still have the same computer. Is there a way I can sign up and sell on ebay without them noticing me and blocking my new account? Thanks for your help. Josue

I'm sure they keep an eye on IP addresses these days. try rejoining on another pc, that is not at your address, you may slip in then.
