What happened to the discuss option on Yahoo?

When will the "Discuss" option come back to Yahoo News?

We see a link after each news article "what happened to the discuss option", where they explain that a new better version is coming...well it is coming since last October or so...anyone with good news regarding this?
Answer:

IF it doesn't return, then Yahoo is well on their way to going out of business. You people may hate free speech, but it isn't going away anytime soon, unless you let our enemies overthrow our government and give it to Mexico.

There is NO good news. It seems obvious to me that Mr. Budde is a consummate BS artist. I'm willing to bet that we've seen the last of open discussion on Yahoo. After all, Mr. Budde used to work for The Wall Street Journal. Need one say more?
