What is the most popular chat website in the US?

What is approved thought and allowable speech within the OWS website forum and chat?

  • Being OWS-curious and initially sympathetic to the occupy cause, I decided to spend some time in an occupied area and on their website, both in the forums and the chat room. One thing I noticed is it is very easy to get banned, or your thread taken down, if it doesn't meet with some unwritten rule. Being witness to one particularly brutal evening, people in the chat were being banned every few seconds and for the slightest, or even perceptible infractions. Just the mention of a certain blacked-out Presidential candidate, any utterance of the word freedom, liberty, individual rights, free speech, Federal Reserve Bank, IRS or particularly the US Constitution, will earn the offender an immediate ban. Allowed speech would include the words communism, socialism or anarchy, as long as it is mentioned in a flattering way. Since the user rules are very vague, but enforcement of allowable and proper speech is stringent, I am asking if anyone knows what is considered approved and acceptable thought within the OWS forums?

  • Answer:

Perhaps they don't want to debate. I know on a certain other website, you aren't allowed to mention Ayn Rand because everyone gets mad at each other. So just kiss their asses and you'll be fine.
