How do I access "My Briefcase" on the new My Yahoo?

How can I give "friends" level access to my folders in Yahoo briefcase?

• please do not give me generic answer that press edit and it will allow you to choose level of access and you can choose "friends" .This is how it used to be earlier now it does'nt work like that ..pls advise.

  You're right... I don't think that the "Friends" level access is available anymore for standard users. I checked my own Yahoo Briefcase, and when I tried to change my access settings, it said: "Public sharing of files only available for Premium Service users." Unfortunately, it doesn't seem like their Yahoo! Briefcase help pages have been updated to reflect this change, so it's not absolutely clear why/when it was changed. So unless you want to pay for Premium Service, you're going to have find another file-sharing website. When I did a Google search for "sharing files" and "upload files", there were many many sites to choose from... I included the link below because apparently it's now affiliated with Microsoft, so I thought that it was probably a legit website.
